We’re currently working on finishing up Calendar (also adding a couple new features) and tweaking Dashboard.
We’d really appreciate some suggestions for Widgets or anything else, what do you want to see on the Dashboard and Calendar?

What's in IHM's oven?

1. Some kind of chat widget (i.e. iChat / AIM) where you can talk to other users that are currently online. Or mabye even leave them a messgae for when they get back online.
3. A widget that shows you new and/or popular posts in the forum. Maybe even shows you when your forum posted get replied to.
4. A news widget showing all the news about the website, i.e. changes to the website, bugs being fixed, or announcements.
5. A widget much like the news widget showing all the recently added titles to the website.

We’ll get started on a couple of those suggestions. Also want to point out, we’re adding Custom Events to Calendar. So you can enter in a date for any event type. We’re also adding Friend Invites to the History page.

PS. Any type of news on if the many features of this site are going to be able to be added by the users? Such as users adding photos, data, and any other things they otherwise cant add?

Mike and I set a deadline to have it finished by Sept. 1st. I urge you to bug Mike as much as possible so he starts working on it. 2-3 messages a day should suffice.
